By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

╰┈➤ I am a college student with a hectic schedule. Please understand that updates may occasionally be delayed.╰┈➤ I work best when given sufficient time and flexibility. If you have a specific deadline, please inform me before commissioning.╰┈➤ Clear and respectful communication is required. If you have concerns or questions, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you.╰┈➤ I reserve the right to decline any commission that is beyond my skill level or comfort.

⟡ AI & DATASET USE POLICY ⟡
╰┈➤ Strictly prohibited: Feeding, uploading, or using my artwork—commissioned or otherwise—for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generation models, or any automated system is not allowed.╰┈➤ This includes (but is not limited to):- AI art generators (ChatGPT, Gemini, SoraAi, etc;)
- Training datasets
- Style replication tools
- Any form of data scraping or automation╰┈➤ This applies to both personal and commercial use, regardless of whether the artwork was paid for or publicly posted.╰┈➤ Violation of this clause will result in immediate blacklisting, termination of current and future commissions, and permanent refusal of service without refund.╰┈➤ I reserve the right to publicly revoke usage permissions and take further action if this policy is violated.
Regular Commissions
⟡ REQUIREMENTS ⟡
╰┈➤ A clear reference of the character(s) is required.╰┈➤ If no reference is available, detailed descriptions and/or mood boards are acceptable.╰┈➤ Payment is upfront only.
For commissions above USD 50, a 50% upfront / 50% after sketch approval payment plan is available.╰┈➤ Payments are accepted via PayPal only.╰┈➤ Adding an additional character will cost 50% of the original commission price.
⟡ COMMISSION PROCESS ⟡
╰┈➤ Work will begin after payment is received.
╰┈➤ A sketch will be sent for approval.╰┈➤ Progress screenshots will be provided at each stage:- Sketch
- Lineart
- Rendering╰┈➤ Upon completion, you will receive two PNG files:
- Standard PNG
- Transparent PNG
REVISIONS & REFUNDS
╰┈➤ Strictly no refunds.╰┈➤ Revisions are allowed only during the sketch stage and are limited to three (3) revisions.╰┈➤ Minor adjustments may be allowed in later stages only if they are not complex. Additional charges may apply.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
╰┈➤ Additional fees may apply for:- Highly detailed designs
- Complex compositions╰┈➤ Rush commissions are available and will incur an additional fee ranging from USD 10–30, depending on deadline urgency.╰┈➤ Commercial use commissions are charged at double the base price.╰┈➤ I retain full rights to all commissioned artworks and may use them for my portfolio and promotional purposes. (This does not apply to private commissions, where displaying the artwork could compromise the client’s privacy.)
VTUBER MODEL COMMISSION
TERMS OF SERVICE — AI & MODEL USAGE POLICY╰┈➤ Strictly prohibited: The use of my VTuber models, artwork, rig files, textures, layers, PSD files, or any derivative works for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generation models, or any automated systems is strictly forbidden.╰┈➤ This includes, but is not limited to:- AI art or animation generators
- Training datasets (public or private)
- Style replication or model-learning tools
- Data scraping, automation, or synthetic reproduction systems╰┈➤ This restriction applies to both personal and commercial use, regardless of payment status, ownership of the VTuber model, or whether the files are public or private.╰┈➤ Any violation will result in immediate blacklisting, termination of all ongoing and future commissions, and permanent refusal of service without refund.╰┈➤ I reserve the right to revoke all usage permissions, request takedowns, and pursue further action if this policy is violated.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
╰┈➤ Copyright Ownership
I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to all VTuber models, artwork, PSD files, layers, textures, and related assets created by me, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.╰┈➤ Usage License Granted to Client
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VTuber model for:Streaming and content creationMonetized platforms (YouTube, Twitch, memberships, donations, ads, etc.)Personal branding and promotional materials related to the VTuber persona╰┈➤ What the Client Owns
The client owns the right to use the VTuber model as their VTuber persona but does not own the copyright to the artwork or model files.╰┈➤ Prohibited Uses
The client may not:- Claim authorship or creation of the model
- Sell, resell, trade, sublicense, or redistribute the model or its files
- Transfer the model to another person or entity
- Use the model as a base, template, or adoptable
- Mint the model as an NFTUse the model or its assets for AI training or automated systems (see AI Policy)╰┈➤ Modifications & Edits
Minor edits (such as expression toggles or outfit swaps) are allowed for personal use only, provided they do not:- Alter the core design
- Remove or obscure my watermark/signature (if applicable)
- Enable redistribution or resale
- Major edits, redesigns, or rigging changes require my prior approval.╰┈➤ Commercial & Corporate Use
Use of the VTuber model for corporate branding, merchandise, or third-party promotions requires additional discussion and may involve extra fees.╰┈➤ Artist Rights
I reserve the right to:- Display the model and related artwork in my portfolio and social media
- Use the work for self-promotion and portfolio╰┈➤ Termination of License
Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of usage rights, blacklisting, and refusal of future services, without refund.
